As rising living costs continue to bite, consumer habits follow suit.<\/p>\n<p>As we bid farewell to a stop-start 2023, and look ahead to the <strong>Year of the<\/strong> \u2013<em> \u00a33, plastic Temu<\/em> \u2013 <strong>Dragon<\/strong>, here are my five big predictions for the UK market next year.<\/p>\n<p>Spoiler alert, there\u2019s a clear theme: Accessibility and affordability.<\/p>\n<h2>1) Can we get a \u2018woop\u2019 for dupes?<\/h2>\n<p>Dupes (or <em>\u2018cologned\u2019<\/em> fragrances..) are essentially clones of higher-end products, and by offering the same smell with a small price tag &#8211; what\u2019s not to love?<\/p>\n<p>In fact, it\u2019s loved so much that <em>notedaromas.co.uk<\/em> \u2013 which markets dupes of luxury fragrances at a fraction of the price \u2013 have seen their monthly visits exceed <strong>273K<\/strong>.
