Les taux d&#8217;achats crois\u00e9s entre les grands d\u00e9taillants sont \u00e9lev\u00e9s. Au premier semestre 2021, 49\u00a0% des acheteurs de produits \u00e9lectroniques sur walmart.com ont effectu\u00e9 des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.similarweb.com\/corp\/fr\/shopper\/shopper-behavior\/\">achats crois\u00e9s<\/a> dans la m\u00eame cat\u00e9gorie sur Amazon, ce qui prouve que les consommateurs recherchent le meilleur rapport qualit\u00e9-prix et sont peu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.similarweb.com\/blog\/conversion\/ecommerce-intelligence\/brand-loyalty\/\">fid\u00e8les<\/a> \u00e0 des d\u00e9taillants sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a n\u00e9anmoins une fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 croissante aux sites Web sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s dans l&#8217;\u00e9lectronique discount, orientant l&#8217;\u00e9tat d&#8217;esprit des consommateurs sur la valeur.<\/p>\n<p>Prenons \u00e0 titre d\u2019exemple le retailer de l&#8217;\u00e9lectronique discount Newegg, qui pr\u00e9tend offrir \u00able meilleur prix sur les pi\u00e8ces d&#8217;ordinateur \u00bb. Moins de clients Newegg semblent faire des achats crois\u00e9s sur Amazon qu&#8217;il y a un an. T\u00e9l\u00e9travailleurs : les nomades num\u00e9riques<\/h2>\n<p>Les clics sur les principaux mots-cl\u00e9s de la cat\u00e9gorie \u00e9lectronique d&#8217;Amazon refl\u00e8tent le d\u00e9sir des consommateurs de perfectionner leur environnement de travail. Au premier semestre, les clics vers les supports d&#8217;ordinateur portable ont augment\u00e9 de 2542 %, et les clics vers le combo clavier et souris sans fil ont grimp\u00e9 de 624 %.<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;autres mots-cl\u00e9s li\u00e9s au bureau et enregistrant une croissance rapide sugg\u00e8rent que les consommateurs deviennent des nomades num\u00e9riques avec des configurations de travail hybrides. Ceux-ci inclus :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Batterie de secours (alimentation sans coupure) (+913%)<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u00c9tuis d&#8217;ordinateur (+628%)<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Haut-parleur Bluetooth portable (1359%)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Point-cl\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p>Les employ\u00e9s se sont adapt\u00e9s au travail \u00e0 distance et sont d\u00e9termin\u00e9s \u00e0 cr\u00e9er le meilleur environnement de travail possible. M\u00eame si la population am\u00e9ricaine vaccin\u00e9e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mayoclinic.org\/coronavirus-covid-19\/vaccine-tracker\">d\u00e9passe aujourd\u2019hui les 50 %,<\/a> la menace des variants, ainsi que la r\u00e9duction des espaces de travail au sein des entreprises pour r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts, indiquent que le travail \u00e0 distance ou hybride s\u2019inscrit dans la dur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Pour capitaliser sur cette tendance, les marques doivent int\u00e9grer des mots-cl\u00e9s li\u00e9s au bureau (voir ci-dessus), dans les descriptions de produits sur Amazon et autres marketplaces afin <a href=\"https:\/\/www.similarweb.com\/blog\/ecommerce\/amazon-insights\/optimize-amazon-listings\/\">d&#8217;optimiser leurs fiches produit<\/a> et ainsi augmenter leurs chances de figurer en t\u00eate des r\u00e9sultats de recherche.<\/p>\n<h2>4. \u00c0 la recherche d\u2019un \u00e9quilibre travail &#8211; vie perso<\/h2>\n<p>La demande des consommateurs pour les jeux sur PC a augment\u00e9 pendant la pand\u00e9mie et continue de cro\u00eetre. Sur Amazon, les recherches pour <em>gaming PC<\/em> ont augment\u00e9 de 90\u00a0% en un an, et les clics vers <em>gaming laptops\u00a0<\/em>ont augment\u00e9 de 915\u00a0%\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Nous estimons que les confinements et les ruptures de stock sur les consoles (comme la PlayStation 5 et la Xbox Series XS) ont contribu\u00e9 au d\u00e9marrage de cette croissance. Mais les consommateurs r\u00e9alisent les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pcgamer.com\/pc-gaming-hardware-report-2020\/\">avantages du jeu sur PC<\/a> et apprennent que s&#8217;ils mettent \u00e0 niveau leur PC de travail, il pourrait \u00e9galement devenir une plate-forme de jeu.<\/p>\n<h3>Point-cl\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p>Le jeu sur PC est un domaine \u00e0 forte croissance pour l&#8217;industrie de l&#8217;\u00e9lectronique grand public. Pour r\u00e9ussir, les marques doivent se d\u00e9marquer du lot gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des fonctionnalit\u00e9s de produit int\u00e9ressantes ou \u00e0 des strat\u00e9gies marketing uniques.<\/p>\n<p>Certaines marques s&#8217;imposent d\u00e9j\u00e0 comme des leaders de l&#8217;industrie.
