Canine Chronicle Market Share Analysis for November 2025

Over 2,500 champion dogs representing all 50 states will compete in the 149th Annual Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show presented by Purina Pro Plan on February 8, 10, & 11 in New York City. America’s most iconic dog show makes its 2025 return to Manhattan with Group judging and Best in Show at Madison Square Garden on February 10 & 11; and Agility and Breed competitions at Jacob K. Javits Convention Center on February 8, 10 & 11. The Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show will welcome spectators to see all 201 eligible American Kennel Club-recognized breeds represented at this year’s show. The largest Westminster entries by breed are Dachshunds (52), Poodles (44), French Bulldogs (40), Chihuahuas (39), Golden Retrievers (38), Rhodesian Ridgebacks (34), Labrador Retrievers (33), Pomeranians (33), Cavalier King Charles Spaniels (32) and Collies (30).
