The goal of the game is to become the initial player to gather 3 complete property sets of varying colors. Lay up to 3 cards from your hand onto the table in front of you, and play proceeds clockwise. Place Money/Action cards into your personal Bank. Players have the option to levy charges such as rent and birthdays. Accumulate a 'Bank' pile in front of you using Money cards and/or Action cards. When an action card is added to your Bank, it transforms into a money card for the remainder of the game. Strive to gather as many properties as possible, but achieving 3 Full Sets of different Colors secures victory in the game. If your hand exceeds 7 cards at the conclusion of your turn, discard the excess to the bottom of the Draw Pile until you retain only 7. If you've depleted your hand, draw 5 cards at the onset of your next turn.
