You have a contract and its terms to respect. • Adjust each player's training sessions and monitor the results. • Choose your tactics during matches. • Give instructions from the bench by calling systems, asking players to shoot, or choosing the receiver. • Compare your team's defensive and offensive strengths to those of the opponent. • Meet with the CEO to suggest players to improve the team and share your vision of the game. • Control the East or West team during the All-Star tournament, or the USA or WORLD team. • Participation in the Olympic Games is also part of the program (in progress).
