Just click Get Points on the Exercise screen to back up all of your exercise data to the Fittest Fire servers. That means if you ever lose or reset your phone, your fitness data will be backed up and secured. The Fittest Fire app allows you to copy previous workouts and easily see the history of past exercises. Every time you set a personal record, you will receive a star next to that exercise. The app also contains a calendar with both monthly and daily views. Each time you workout, you should push yourself just a bit harder.
