Koordiniert wird das Projekt von Soprema, einem französischen Baustoffkonzern. Das ifeu übernimmt die integrierte Nachhaltigkeitsbewertung und setzt den „Safe and Sustainable by Design“-Ansatz (SSbD) um, um die Sicherheit und Umweltverträglichkeit der HIBISCUS-Produkte über den gesamten Lebenszyklus zu gewährleisten.
