The course is divided into two components: knowledge development and open water training. Through knowledge development and rescue exercises, you learn what to look for and how to respond. The Knowledge Development portion of the course will be completed through PADI's e-Learning platform.  During rescue scenarios you will put your knowledge and skills into practice. Topics include: Self rescue Recognizing and managing stress in other divers Emergency management and equipment Rescuing panicked divers Rescuing unresponsive divers   Requirements: PADI Adavnced Open Water Diver or Adventure Diver and having completed the Navigation Adventure dive.  15 years old; 12 years old for Junior certification.
