PREVENTING FOOD WASTE We plan meticulously how much to purchase – we even developed our own planning algorithms – to keep food waste as minimal as possible. Sometimes it does still happen that we don’t sell all products, but you can buy those for a big discount: See our “Rettersackerl”. If there’s still products left anyways, we donate them to Samariter Bund in Vienna and Vinci Market in Graz.
