Country Filters are a premium feature, and are not part of these packages. If you would like to discuss a Premium package including a country filter you can contact our sales team here.

You can add up to 2 additional users to annual packages by contacting support@similarweb.com. If you are interested in having more than a total of 3 users, please contact us here to discuss our premium packages. (Note: the above does not apply to Digital Marketing Essential and Advanced packages).

Similarweb accepts payment for monthly paying subscriptions via credit card only. We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discovery cards.

You will be charged in USD.

You will be charged $1 to validate your credit card which will be returned to you. You will be charged the full amount for your chosen subscription, including tax, on day 2 of your free trial.

You will be charged the applicable tax if you do not have a valid VAT number.

Unfortunately, Similarweb is unable to provide refunds for subscriptions purchased.

You can login to the PRO with your Admin credentials, go to the Billing Information page under Account Management, fill in required fields, and click Update Now to complete the upload.

Yes! You can connect your website’s Google Analytics data via https://www.similarweb.com/connect/.

To create your Arena: 

1. Add the URL of your site or the primary domain that you wish to analyze, and then click Next. 
2. Add up to four competitors by selecting them from the suggested options or by typing each URL into the Add Competitors field, and then click Next.
3. Enter your Arena name, and then click Take me to my Arena.

Enter a seed keyword in the Similarweb search bar and select it from the Keywords section within the search bar. You will arrive in the Search Keyword Analysis section where you can see various insights regarding your keyword, such as volume, visits, CPC, etc.

In the Search Traffic section of Website Analysis, the Keywords page will help you understand the battleground for each organic and paid keyword and reveal which keywords drive traffic to your competitors’ websites. You can then go a step further and analyze the creatives and messaging for each PPC and Display Ad (available in the Professional Package).

This is just scratching the surface of how Similarweb will help you discover the keywords you’re winning and losing and to reveal hidden opportunities.

In order to reset your password, simply follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Similarweb PRO login page
2. Click on ‘Forgot password’ in the bottom right
3. Fill in your email address and complete the captcha
4. Click on the ‘Submit’ button

Once done, a ‘reset your password’ email will be sent to you
