ANZ Digital Key (ADK) allows you to log on and perform approval activities via Face ID, Fingerprint ID or a PIN in certain ANZ Digital Channels. It enhances the channel security capabilities, providing a free, faster and more convenient method for customers to securely transact with ANZ. ADK is applicable to specific ANZ customers and ANZ Digital Channels. Please note: 1. To use this app: a) Your ANZ Digital Services User ID must be authorised to use ADK. b) Your device must be running iOS 16.4 or later. 2. It is advisable to have protective software, such as antivirus, installed on your device for security purposes. 3. ADK may require access to the following device resources: a) Camera - For scanning QR codes and enabling Face ID. b) Biometrics - For Fingerprint ID or Face ID. c) Notifications - To receive push notifications.
