Health is CORE app analytics for January 11

The Food and Health Bureau (FHB) awarded the 3-year operation service contract of Sham Shui Po District Health Centre (SSPDHC) to St. James' Settlement. Advocating the concept of "Health is CORE", Sham Shui Po District Health Centre provides district-based primary healthcare services through health promotion, diseases prevention, health assessment & consultation and chronic diseases management to enhance public awareness of self-management of health. Through public-private partnership, the chronically ill are well-supported and the residents can receive necessary health service in the community. Sham Shui Po District Health Centre gathers various talents to take care of residents' health-related needs. Our professional health management team includes registered social workers, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitian and fitness trainer. Sham Shui Po District Health Centre is now officially launching the mobile app "Health is CORE". By providing online health services in a more convenient way, the mobile app enables service users to receive the latest information about SSPDHC and join our online health-related activities.
