This app was created by the Tolomato Community Development District. The purpose of a Community Development District is to plan, finance, construct and maintain infrastructure in accordance with Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes. Welcome to the new Nocatee resident app. Welcome to the Nocatee Resident app, where the experience of our residents is our primary focus. We have developed a custom app to enhance your experience on and off property. With the touch of a button, you can view the pool or fitness schedules and other amenity information. We have even created a digital ID card. We also have a full resident photo directory and of course, you'll get the latest updates from Nocatee. We hope you enjoy the new, digital Nocatee experience. Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. The Nocatee Resident app will attempt to shutdown background GPS services when they are no longer needed.
