Developed by TWGHs Jockey Club Intergengerational Art Centre, the "Challenge Your Brain" is a one-stop app for access to dementia information, screening test and cognitive training game. **Dementia information** - The app provide up-to-date chinese articles about dementia. **Self-administered screening questionnaire for dementia** - The app provide The Ascertain Dementia 8-item Informant Questionnaire (AD8) for dementia screening, which helps to discriminate between signs of normal aging and mild dementia.(*This screening test is not for diagnostic purpose. Please seek help from professional for furthur enquiry.) **Cognitive training game** - The app provide 5 types of cognitive training games which are suitable for people with dementia. Targeting different cognitive domains, the games involve listening, counting, taking photos, reading aloud and writing. The games alternates every day and take around 5 minutes every day to complete.
