Inside GetStronger, you will find a variety of workout programs designed to adapt to your goals and lifestyle. You can choose to train at home with minimal equipment or in the gym using barbells and machines. We also offer a post partum program focused on pelvic floor and core recovery after pregnancy, and full-body programs that are perfect when you’re short on time. You’ll also be able to target specific muscle groups and follow short, dynamic workouts that can be easily integrated into your daily routine.
All programs are based on the principle of progressive overload: you control the intensity of the workouts according to your level, selecting the weights that suit you best and adjusting them month by month. Training will no longer feel like a chore but one of the most enjoyable parts of your day!
Whatever your training style, however you like to work out, you’ll find a program suited to your needs.
You also have access to your workout diary , designed to help you track your progress day by day. You can log your workouts, weights you’ve used, and your improvements, as well as view the trophies you unlock along the way—a simple and motivating way to see how much you’re improving.
In the ON DEMAND area, you’ll have access to a continually updated collection of on demand videos to train with me, themed paths on mobility, stretching, yoga, and pilates with specialized professionals, and a section dedicated to nutrition managed by a team of certified nutritionists.
