KeepRowing app analytics for January 14

Use your Apple Watch to collect data about your outdoor rowing and Concept2 ergometer workouts. The pace (minutes/500m) and the stroke-rate (strokes/minutes) are added to the Apple Health Store in addition to the heart-rates collected by the watch. The information from the Health-Store can be displayed on your iPhone including a map showing the waypoints of the workout. The Apple Watch App supports AutoPause and automatically switches to a summary display when detecting a pause. During a pause the reduction of the heart frequency is Displayed together with the intensity of the workout. The App does not need any registration and does not transfer any data to the internet by itself. Without a valid subscription the Workout recording time is restricted.
