X4 FIT is a boutique group fitness gym offering 50-minute, full-body functional workouts designed for efficiency and variety. Each coach-led class features on-screen demos and a constantly changing workout—so no two workouts are ever the same. Our goal is to make incorporating fitness into our members’ busy lives as easy as possible so they can get in, work out, and get back out to the lives they love. The only requirements are commitment and effort. The X4 workout leverages the four elements of fitness: VO₂ Max Work, Resistance Training, Metabolic Intervals, Functional Movement Patterns. It’s a scientific methodology that ensures a full-body workout targeting cardiovascular health, muscular ability, power development, and metabolic conditioning that directly transfers to strength outside the gym.
