Please note the change for Germany: From 1 May 2025, passport photos for ID cards, passports and residence permits in Germany may only be taken by authorised providers. Unfortunately, you can no longer take these passport photos in this app. All other countries remain unaffected by this change. Let the app automatically check if your passport photo meets biometric requirements. Simply select a photo and run it through the automatic biometric check. Your image will be cropped to fit the template, and the background will be removed. Your biometric passport photo is then ready!
