Waves can be found everywhere in our everyday lives: It can be a typical wave on a lake or an electromagnetic wave that broadcasts a television program. In physics lessons, waves and the associated wave phenomena are often illustrated using water waves in a ripple tank but most schools often only have one tank due to the high price.
