TapShorts – Run Shortcuts with a Button Press TapShorts connects your Flic 2 button with Apple Shortcuts, allowing you to launch actions using a simple physical button press. With TapShorts, the flow is much simpler. Single press your Flic 2 button. A notification appears. Unlock with Face ID and tap the notification. Your GPT Voice shortcut runs. Ask for the meaning. Double press the button. Unlock with Face ID and tap the notification. Your audiobook continues playing. No scrolling. No app hunting. Minimal interruption to your workout. Create or select shortcuts in the Apple Shortcuts app 3. Enter the matching shortcut names in TapShorts 4. Press your Flic 2 button to run them Important information When TapShorts is open, shortcuts run immediately. When running in the background, iOS requires the device to be unlocked using Face ID or passcode and a notification tap to confirm the shortcut execution. This is an iOS system limitation and applies to all background automation apps. Privacy TapShorts does not track users, does not collect personal data, and does not require accounts or sign-in. All shortcuts remain on your device.
