When location emulation is turned on, the app will give other apps and services on your device your faked location. This app is ideal for developers who make location-aware applications that need to be tested with different locations. Before you can fake your location with the app, you will be guided through a setup procedure which includes: 1. Enabling developer mode on your device. 2. Selecting DS Fake GPS Location as the mock location app in the developer settings. 3. Granting the app approximate location permission. The app requires permission to access your location so that it can access all the location providers on your device - specifically Google's location services provider (fused location provider).
