Features: Virtual Policy Card: We’ve made it easy to view your policy information on the home screen. Your virtual policy card displays basic information like your contract number, vehicle make & model, policy expiration date and more. Real Time Claim Updates: You’ll receive real time updates about the status of your claims for increased transparency and peace of mind. Request a tow: The Endurance Mobile app is your best tool when you find yourself in need of a tow. Customer Support: With the Endurance Mobile app you can contact your customer service agent for assistance from the help tab. You can call or email Endurance directly from the mobile app to resolve any issues. Glovebox: The Glovebox feature allows policy holders to view and share a PDF version of their contract as well as access the benefits associated with their contract.
