Accessibility and Privacy (Android): JourneyKeep uses Android’s AccessibilityService API to support one explicit feature: app blocking during focus sessions. While a session is active, this helps JourneyKeep detect when a blocked app is opened and enforce your selected blocking behavior. JourneyKeep uses only the minimum data needed for this feature: foreground app context for app-blocking. It does not read notifications, typed text, on-screen content, messages, contacts, passwords, or content from other apps. Data from Accessibility usage is not collected for ad targeting, profiling, or unrelated analytics. You can disable Accessibility permission for JourneyKeep at any time in your Android Accessibility settings. JourneyKeep also uses Apple Screen Time on iOS where applicable to enforce selected app limits in that environment.
