Leave the app running to keep the sound playing 🎧 Default sound When the app starts, Binaural Forge begins with a comfortable default pair: 250 Hz / 255 Hz This combination produces a gentle binaural beat in the Theta brainwave range (4 – 7.5 Hz), often linked to drowsiness, meditation and light sleep. 🎛️ Main audio controls At the center of the screen are four pairs of frequency knobs used to control the sound. Each row adjusts the left and right frequencies with different levels of precision: • 1 Hz steps • 10 Hz steps • 25 Hz steps • 50 Hz steps Frequencies can range from 0 Hz (silence) up to 22,000 Hz. Values can be adjusted with high precision, allowing detailed sound exploration. Swipe right or up to increase the frequency. Swipe left or down to decrease it. 🎚️ Additional controls Two vertical sliders provide quick control over the listening experience. • Speed Controls how quickly frequencies change while adjusting the knobs. • Volume Controls the audio output level. 🧭 Top bar controls At the top of the screen you’ll find quick access to the main features. • Heart icon Add the current sound to your favorites or remove it. • Favorites Open the list of your saved frequency pairs. • Presets Open ready-to-use frequency combinations. • Menu Access additional options and settings. ⭐ Favorites The Favorites screen lets you access your saved sounds. Each favorite contains: • Left frequency • Right frequency • Editable label • Delete option 🎚️ Presets Presets provide ready-to-use frequency pairs. Simply tap a preset to apply it instantly.
