Welcome to the Prosper PTS Portal App! Log on to access your personalized Home Exercise Program on your mobile device. Using this app, you can access your personalized Home Exercise Program with HD Instructional videos. On the 'Messages' tab, you can securely communicate with your Prosper PTS Portal provider. As you make progress in your program, you'll earn virtual trophies and achievement badges to celebrate your milestones! Visit the 'Awards' tab to see your achievements and track your progress. Prefer a language other than English? Go to the 'More' tab and select 'Languages' to pick another language option. If you need to book an appointment, please go to the 'Appointments' tab for more info.
