Relaxation and desk breaks for your workday, recipes, movement training, audio sessions, or knowledge articles – all this can be found with just a few clicks via your 'Home' tab. • Appointments: Here you will find an overview of all planned group events and optionally have the possibility to book your 1:1 coaching with our expert team (this feature is enabled in consultation with your employer). • Challenges: This section helps you stay active even during a busy workday. With our weekday and weekend challenges, you can start personal step challenges at any time or join your colleagues to motivate each other to move more throughout the day. To ensure accurate tracking and fair comparisons, the app reads your daily step count directly from Health Connect. These step values are essential for generating challenge results, progress tracking and rankings. • Profile: In your profile, you can see your previous training progress and an overview of the units you have completed so far.
