Since the FIT file format is currently supported natively by relatively few Android apps, this conversion to GPX format can be very useful. The integrated browser mode allows you to quickly browse the GPX/TCX/KML/FIT files stored on your device. This makes it easier to manage route and track data and share it with apps like Garmin Connect, Wahoo Element, and many others. It is recommended to save the GPS track files in a separate folder — for example, a subfolder of your Downloads folder — since Android 11, apps can no longer access the entire Downloads folder.
