TrueTalk is Telenor's telephony solution for businesses. The solution provides the company's employees with the necessary tools to handle calls efficiently, ensuring customers receive the best possible service experience. This mobile app is designed for TrueTalk users, including regular employees with a Colleague subscription, and for receptionists/customer service employees with an Agent subscription. Colleague Employees with a Colleague subscription can use this app to look up their colleagues and see if they are busy on the phone/in Teams or if they might be in a meeting. Users can also create and manage their absence and call forwarding. When receiving calls on their mobile phones, the app also looks up unknown numbers in a directory service, displaying the name or company name on the screen if a match is found. The same applies to calls from colleagues not saved in the user's phone book but listed in the company's employee directory. In the app, users can also manage their Personal Assistant, a feature that offers callers, who cannot reach the user, the option to be transferred to the switchboard, a colleague, a secretary, or to leave a voicemail. Agent Receptionists/switchboard operators or customer service employees with an Agent subscription, can also log in/out of their queues, see the current status of these, view call lists, and transfer calls directly in the app, allowing you to work from virtually anywhere.
