With the GE KVG Check-In app, patients register for international mutual benefits assistance (checking coverage of costs of medical treatment) in Switzerland. Registration takes place directly on-site at the health care provider. Patient and care provider receive the decision on cost coverage during treatment. Register in four simple steps: 1. Scan QR code 2. Scan / Upload / Share of the ID and entitlement document 3. Addition of necessary data 4. Confirmation and sending of the registration You will receive the decision regarding the coverage of costs by e-mail within a few minutes. Requirements: • Mobile device • Internet connection (mobile/WLAN) Entitlement document /business transcations: • EHIC – European Health Insurance Card • PRC – Provisional Replacement Certificate • S2 – Planned treatment • PRC request – Requesting a provisional replacement certificate
