The Lakeshore Subdivision Project is located in Mexico, Pampanga. The project area is accessible through the existing Mexico municipal road. From the existing expressway, the project site could be accessed through the San Fernando Exit and then by the Olongapo-Gapan Road. The project covers about 250 hectares of land of which about 125 hectares will be developed initially. The proposed project will be developed into several phases and consists of residential lots of various classifications, commercial areas, business park and recreational areas. The proposed project includes the development of 10.40 hectare man-made lake adjacent to the existing expressway.
