indian institute of governance and leadership (iigl) has been established by the confederation of young leaders (cyl) with active cooperation and assistance from the confederation of indian universities for complementing and supplementing the efforts made in our country fortranslating the wishes, aims and objectives as set out by the government of india and state governments into action. the institute would serve the needs of the government, non-governmental and private sector by conducting studies, training,research, publications, conferences, seminars and consultancy in the field of governance, public leadership and entrepreneurship.
