Our AI Search Intelligence solution includes both our AI Traffic module and our AI Brand Visibility module. AI Traffic allows you to measure actual traffic coming to your and your competitors’ sites over time from any of the major LLMs. AI Brand Visibility shows how often you appear in LLM answers.
AI Traffic is included in the AI Search Intelligence package. That said, you can still see traffic from LLMs in the standard Competitive Intelligence package under Referrals. The difference is that in Competitive Intelligence, this traffic isn’t grouped into a dedicated LLM view. Rather, it appears within the broader list of referral sites.
AI Brand Visibility includes: Brand Overview, showing how visible you are in LLMs vs. competitors across tracked topics; Prompt Tracking, surfacing real user prompts and the latest AI responses; Citation Analysis, revealing the domains LLMs most often cite in your category; and Sentiment Analysis, breaking down positive, neutral, and negative AI mentions by topic.
While Prompt Tracking does show you the sources cited in each prompt’s answer, Citation Analysis gives you an overview of which websites have the most influence over AI Brand Visibility. If you’re building partnerships at scale, Citation Analysis will give you a bird’s eye view of the most relevant domains, so you can prioritize your partnership-building efforts effectively.
Sentiment Analysis is included by default as part of our AI Brand Visibility module. It shows sentiment across prompts and topics, as well as your comparative brand strength against competitors. It is not available as a separate add-on.
