Vessel Inspector (VIN) game is meant for seafarers of all ranks, vessel managers, port state inspectors and surveyors. The goal in VIN game is to identify deficiencies onboard. The game poses bigger challenges to the player as it progresses. There are lifelines to help the learner. The learner is incentivised if lifelines are not used.
