The 40,000 square foot Sparta Athletic Campus is located on a 28-acre, integrated sport and fitness campus in beautiful Sparta New Jersey. Sparta Athletic Campus is a full service, forward thinking athletic and tennis club, providing members with the best equipment, facilities and staff in the industry. The Fitness Center offers a comprehensive range of user friendly cardiovascular and strength training equipment, which ncludes but are not limited to: treadmills, elliptical trainers, upright and recumbent bikes, cross ramp trainers, stationary rowers and steppers. Our resistance training areas includes unilateral and multilateral cybex circuit equipment, life fitness selectorized machines, cybex cable crossover, smith machines, free weights, benches, squat racks, dumbbells and a host of functional equipment such as med, physio and bosu balls and TRX equipment. We offer a full spectrum of Group Fitness classes led by certified instructors. Classes include Spin, Cardio Classes, Interval Training, Weight Training, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba and TRX. The new addition of Les Mills to our Group Fitness program offers live classes in Body Pump and a wide variety of Virtual Classes. Our friendly, certified personal trainers and group fitness instructors will assist you with our equipment and design a personal program to help meet your fitness goals. The Tennis Club is composed of five temperature controlled indoor full size courts. Lessons with our qualified tennis professionals will help to take your game to the next level. We offer group and individual lessons for children to adults. Leagues and tournaments led by our pros provide fun and challenging matches. In addition, our tennis professionals often team with our fitness instructors to enhance your game and increase your endurance. Court time is available for members and non-members. A recent addition to our program is the installation of 2 outdoor Pickleball courts available to members during the warmer months. The Fieldhouse is a full sized indoor turf field, which divides into sections for group rentals. We provide Athletic training for student athletes in Soccer, Lacrosse, Field Hockey, Football, Baseball and Softball. Programs led by qualified staff members ensure a safe, fun and challenging environment for all age levels. The Fieldhouse is a great place for teams to practice during the off-season. Teams may rent the entire field or a section for pre-season practice. We offer competitive leagues for youths and adults in several sports. The Fieldhouse offers Birthday party packages, which include a variety of games and activities led by our staff members.
