The Dynamic Mind PracticeTM (DMP) is a deep relaxation mindfulness practice that has been found to relieve fears, worries, anxieties, physical tension and sleeping difficulties. DMP is presented by Gita Bellin who has been teaching, lecturing and consulting internationally for sixty years. DMP has been shared with hundreds of thousands of people over 50 years, world-wide, by Gita and the many GBA teachers who have been trained to deliver the practice.
