Young Carers Support App App-Analysen für 9. Januar

The Young Carers Support App enables young carers and young adult carers in the UK to find useful information, self-care tips and links to support - all in one place. The app was co-produced with the West Yorkshire and Harrogate Health and Care Partnership, young carers and various partner organisations supporting young carers. The app bears the Patient Information Forum 'PIF Tick', the only UK quality mark for trustworthy health information.
