The app provides dynamic features available to those mothers both registered in the Baby Yourself Maternity Program or for those seeking a customized experience, within a personalized pregnancy and parenting resource. Features include: • Weekly updates on baby's development and body changes for expectant mothers • Mood and symptom tracking • Blood pressure tracking • Hospital bag checklists • Kick counter • Contraction counter • Personalized birth plan to share with doctor • Daily pregnancy and parenting tips • Photo gallery and tracker to show the belly growth • Pregnancy and family dynamic related health articles Eligible program participants will receive: • Support and educational material from a Blue Cross registered nurse, experienced in prenatal care, labor and delivery, and newborn care • A personal nurse that you can call with any questions or concerns throughout your pregnancy • Prompts to enroll in the program directly and keep your nurse updated throughout your pregnancy by answering trimester questions within the app. • Care coordination, including the arrangement of home health services when indicated, for high-risk pregnancies • Useful gifts that support healthy habits, highlight the importance of prenatal care, and address the changes and challenges that accompany pregnancy *There is no charge to download Baby Yourself, but rates from your wireless provider may apply.
