Touchless Pick Up After reserving the item on the app, users simply scan their badge at the machine in order to vend their item, with no need to interact with the machine All historical data is available on the app and is also still available for the support desk on ivmsmarthub.com, much like it is today, so there is no compromising any administrative processes by working with mobile vending.
