NZ Charts App-Analysen für 23. Januar

This App contains the complete set of LINZ hydrographic raster charts for New Zealand. The charts are all installed with the app for out-of-the-box offline use with no additional downloads needed, and no account signup or additional subscription costs. The App also includes full navigational functionality including creating and following routes, import/export of routes, trip logging, trip planning. Additional features include display of DOC huts and campgrounds, DOC walking tracks, tide stations with tide data, sunrise/sunset calculations, marine reserve and mammal sanctuary boundaries. Land features can be recreated in an augmented reality view using your device's camera to help identify surrounding peaks and topography. If your device has GPS capability then this can be used to display your location, speed, bearing, and to record your trips. As with any App, using the GPS will increase battery consumption. This App does not replace the requirement for carrying navigation charts where this applies.
