The County Officials Association of Tennessee mobile app is an interactive platform developed to help improve communication with COAT members. The COAT App allows members to connect with resources by providing important updates, contacts and conference information about COAT events and training events. The app will provide members with access to important contact info, annual conference information and officer wellness information along with important COAT news. This app is not intended to be used to report crimes or emergency situations. Please call 911 in an emergency.
