Participants use their existing username and password to access their accounts from anywhere at any time. Users can simply download the app and log in to gain instant access to their account balances, plan details, recent transactions and communications from BCC. Claims and substantiation materials can also be submitted through the app. Participants must register and go through the authentication process online before accessing their personal information through this app.
