UNLV must comply with federal, state, and NSHE regulations related to conflicts of interest and compensated outside services. Based on these requirements, all university employees must identify all potential conflicts of interest and all compensated outside service through the annual submission of a completed disclosure form. All university employees must also submit an Outside Activity Request Form and obtain supervisor approval prior to agreeing to perform or participate in any new compensated outside service that may lead to a conflict of interest or commitment.
