Among the residential amenities are: swimming pool, solarium, gymnasium, and gourmet lounge (all located on the roof with views over the city), a double-height co-working space, parcel room, and smart lockers. Residents benefit from the tertiary functions of the campus, including commercial and F&B spaces located at the heart of the MADNUM plaza. The complex emphasizes sustainability and incorporates construction innovations. It achieves nearly zero energy building (NZEB) standards through the use of renewable energies and air-quality monitoring systems, and includes measures to enhance urban biodiversity.
