However, this does not mean that major changes will be made involving anything that was not mentioned in the original request. Communication must be made in full if anything needs to be altered when the sketch is sent for approval, otherwise a fee will be added if any major changes were requested after the artwork is complete.ORDER CANCELLATION: Custom artwork is created for its personal appeal to a specific client and cannot be sold to another, therefore cancelling an order carries a responsibility. The initial deposit is not a holding deposit but a partial payment on commissioned work.
