I grew up in The Hills, and like many physiotherapists spent my younger years trying out every sport there was. I fell in love with long distance running and touch football and now later in life Crossfit. These come with their fair share of injuries, and time spent in physio, but it was my early role as a group fitness trainer and kids sports instructor that sparked my interest in a career in Physiotherapy. Fast forward many years working across both the public and private sectors and overseas, I married my university study partner and now we have The Hills Physio! I love being the director of The Hills Physio because of my incredible team of passionaite and dedicated physio's.  Shaun and I have 2 energetic kiddos that you will often see around reception running a muck, Loki and Luna.  Outside of The Hills Physio and Mum life, I am the founder of the online education platform The Pelvic Floor Project, and co-host on the podcast "Inside The Box" (here we interview pelvic health experts on a range of topics relevant to Women's Health).
