Measurements that you submit are automatically forwarded to your care provider so they can monitor your health remotely. Sending measurements to your care provider You can manually submit a measurement or use one of the connected devices to do so. Ask your care provider which devices are available to you. The measurements you submit are automatically forwarded to your care provider.
