EASILY ADD NEW BUSINESS LEADS It’s easy to add a new lead, then mark them as Cold, Warm or Hot. Next, choose a field service category such as Pest or HVAC. This is especially useful for multi-service-line businesses using Evolve. Any service categories you set up in Evolve will appear in the drop-down menu in Lead Line. Type in details about the lead, or press the record button to add an audio note. You also can attach one or more photos related to the service that need to be quoted or scheduled later. INTEGRATION WITH EVOLVE’S SOFTWARE Any information your technicians or salespeople enter into Lead Line will be captured automatically in your Evolve CRM dashboard. Leads also will be processed and scheduled, based on your customized rules. QUICK STATS AT A GLANCE Within the Lead Line app, you can also see how many leads were submitted this month and how many leads were scheduled this month (i.e., conversions from leads to actual sales).
