Your efforts to be healthy need to be rewarded. What you can expect in the app: 1) Health Score Health is complex so we make it easy for you with 1 number. Your score is based on worldwide health recommendations. Keep improving your health to become a Mighty Lion. 2) Weekly Goals Being healthy is a long term goal so it's easy to lose track on a daily basis. Each week, new goals will be calculated for you to keep you on the right track. Your goals are personalized to you so it will always be challenging but achievable. 3) Challenges Compete with other app users to get rewards!
