And don’t worry, your information will be saved even if you lose your phone or get a new one. When you first load the app, License Tracker will start by asking you to select your state. It will then populate goals for the number of client, supervision, and CEU hours you need for licensing. You can change these as needed. Once that’s done, you can start entering your hours and categories for each client or supervision session (no client information is recorded). After you’ve started logging your hours, go to the dashboard to see your overall progress. From there, you can go to the individual client, supervision, and CEU progress screens to get a detailed breakdown for each type of activity. The detail screens even include an estimated timeline of when you’ll hit your goal based on your current pace. Finally, you are also able to record all of your supervisors’ contact info and their license details.
