Set weights from 1,5 kg to 120 kg, choose mode; standard, Eccentric, Concentric or Isokinetic. The NORSE-app count reps, the total training load and log your workouts. In the app you can also set up your training plan by choosing exercises from the in-app library or plan your own exercises, and then plan weights, mode, series and reps. You can also let the NORSE-app generate a training plan for you, based on your input.
